Exciting Times For Earwax Wizards

Earwax Wizards have had a very busy February and we are now pleased to announce we will be offering a clinic day! Our clinic is based inside Beechdown Health and Fitness Club in Basingstoke which is fantastic location with free parking and disabled access. Our clinic is held every Tuesday by appointment only. Booking your appointment is simple, either use our online booking system which will allow you to specify ‘in clinic’ or ‘home visit’ and see the available dates and times, or call 07361497692 to speak to one of our clinicians.

We are now also able to offer a wide range of blood tests which are taken by our trained phlebotomist in the clinic on Tuesdays. These bloods are sent off to our partner laboratory and reviewed by a GP. The results then get emailed to you with a brief explanation from the GP about what they mean and whether you need to arrange a follow up with your own GP. All available bloods are shown on our website.

Earwax Wizards are pleased to say they now also offer Health Checks! The purpose of a Health Check is to highlight any risks present which could be contributing to health concerns. During the appointment, our clinician will:

• Measure your height and weight to calculate your BMI

• Discuss your lifestyle (alcohol intake, smoking)

• Take your blood pressure

• Look into your ears to assess your ear health

• Take blood to look at diabetes, liver and kidney function as well as cholesterol

Health Check bookings can be made on our online booking system or by phone and appointments are available in our clinic on Tuesdays.
